B&B spoilers recap for September 21, 2022, tease that Brooke Logan Forrester confronted Taylor Hayes while her daughter Hope Logan Spencer confronted Steffy Forrester Finnegan, and things got…contentious.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Poor, poor Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). After her phone call to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was intercepted by Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), her beloved husband didn’t end up making it home in time for the romance and reconnection she had planned.

Hope (Annika Noelle) was there, getting all the details from her mom about the evening that didn’t happen. She seemed appalled that her step-sister spoke to her mother like that.
Later, Hope showed up at Forrester Creations where Steffy and Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) were discussing the newest fashion. Hope asked to speak to Steffy alone, and then put her on blast. Hope insisted that Steffy stop actively interfering in Ridge and Brooke’s marriage. She wanted to know what happened to Steffy agreeing to put the children first. However, Steffy pointed out that it wasn’t about the kids — it was about their parents. Then she brought up her grandmother, and what she wanted for Ridge all those years ago, so Steffy was fighting the fight for her. Ultimately, Steffy declared it was time for her father to come back to his real family — the Forresters. Hope looked disgusted.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Family Matters
At the cliff house, Thomas and Zende Forrester (Delon De Metz) looked over some designs before heading to work. They loved how all their designs were meshing, and Thomas noted that things would be perfect if Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge got back together. Taylor overheard the last bit, and she jokingly accused Thomas of getting Zende in on his plan to reunite her with Ridge.

When Brooke showed up, the guys left, and Taylor wanted to know what was up. Brooke declared that Steffy was out of control, and she insisted that Taylor take steps to stop her daughter’s interference. Taylor wasn’t having it, though. However, Brooke pointed out that Steffy was a grown woman with her own life to manage. At that, Taylor actually agreed, and she admitted that she told both Steffy and Thomas to cool it.
Then, Brooke revealed that she’d called Ridge and Steffy answered the phone. Steffy played the gatekeeper, and Brooke was furious about it.
B&B Spoilers Recap: A Family Outing
Elsewhere, Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) took his sons out for a meal. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) wasted no time in calling his dad out for getting caught with Brooke in his arms and by Ridge no less. Bill laughed it off and wondered how long she planned to put up with Ridge’s controlling ways. Even so, he declared that Brooke wouldn’t allow anybody to meddle in her marriage and get away with it.
Then, Liam went off about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) trying to take Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri). The whole thing stressed out Hope, and Liam didn’t like it. His dad and his brother Wyatt Forrester (Darin Brooks) lent a sympathetic ear.
