B&B spoilers recap for October 24, 2022, features Ridge Forrester packing up and Deacon Sharpe trying to take his place immediately. He didn’t waste a second trying to switch Brooke Logan Forrester’s last name.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) finally went home to his wife. Well, not TO his wife, but TO SEE his wife. He wasn’t staying. He was just there to pick up some of his things. Ridge did offer a meek apology and say he never wanted to hurt Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), but he really just shrugged it all off.
Brooke, however, did not shrug it off. She outright asked Ridge what exactly happened and why he was leaving. Ridge denied her the truth again. Instead of saying it out loud, he just replayed it all in his head, got irritated, told Brooke he was moving on with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and went upstairs to pack. Brooke was awestruck.
Brooke was even more dumbfounded when Ridge came down with his bag and told her he already contacted Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to get the paperwork ready. An annulment! Yes, an annulment. Brooke balked at the idea, but Ridge simply said Carter would be in touch and left.
B&B Recap: Marry Me, Marry Me Now!
Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was at the cottage bragging about himself to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Brooke is single now, so this is HIS shot to get it right. He also told Liam about pushing his competition out of the way. Oh yes, he put Deacon in his place but good. Liam warned Bill to not get his hopes up either way. They all know Ridge always comes back, and Brooke always welcomes him with open arms.
Meanwhile, Brooke’s potential suitors talked to their children about the woman in question. Deacon (Sean Kanan) met with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) at Il Giardino (does he get an employee discount?) and told her about Dollar Bill’s antics. Hope was astounded to hear about Bill’s bravado, especially when he threw fake money in her father’s face.
Hope then turned into Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and tried to push Deacon into chasing her mom. Why not? She deserves a nice guy, and Deacon is that, right? Let’s go visit right now! Deacon agreed. They got to the house just after Ridge left.

Deacon wasted no time getting straight to the point. Ridge was OUT, he wanted back IN and pulled out a ring to prove it. He asked for Brooke’s hand in marriage right then and there. Hope looked like she approved, but this proclamation of love blindsided Brooke. She shed a few tears, and she struggled with what to say…which, so far, is nothing at all.
B&B Spoilers Recap: A Blast From The Past
Over at the cliff house, Steffy and Taylor were just as excited as ever. Taylor was finally getting everything she wants and more. How grand! Later, Steffy learned her mother had a big surprise when she caught Taylor rushing off a call. Taylor admitted she had something huge in store for Ridge. Does Steffy have a blindfold she can use?
And, oh, what a surprise it was! Taylor took Ridge to their new home — Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) beach house. (Where is Wyatt going to live? No one knows, and apparently, no one cares.). Except, it’s not Wyatt’s house anymore. It’s theirs…again! Ridge was happy to relive their past while building their future.
