B&B spoilers recap for Monday, October 17, 2022, features a whole lot of kissing going on. Two women made their moves but one could regret it for the rest of her life.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) took a call from Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) where they rejoiced about their parents. He was glad Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) was out of their lives and away from their dad…just like they wanted.

No sooner did Thomas hang up than Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) came in. He delivered the news, and while Hope was shocked, she thought it best. Her mother deserves a man who is all about her instead of torn between two families. He suggested she go console her mom, but Hope reminded him there was too much work to do. So, work they did.
The pair went through all the designs, and Thomas got Hope to try on the latest gown. It fit her perfectly. Thomas smoothed the dress over her hips and checked where it would need slight adjustments. His touch got to Hope, and sparks began to fly. Thomas told her she looked beautiful, and Hope rewarded him with a hot and heavy kiss.
B&B Recap: A Very Telling Moment
Across the hall, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) got a shocking update from Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). He was working late for many reasons, but mostly because he had no one to go home to. He told Katie all his love woes. Quinn Fuller left him. Yep. She up and left. The divorce between her and Eric Forrester (John McCook) is done already, and she decided she couldn’t give Carter everything he wants and deserved, so she packed up and took off.

Katie was stunned but suggested it was not a bad thing. Carter deserves better. They both do. Just look at the mess she was in with Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) for years. She needs a man who is only for her, and he needs a woman who is only for him. And where will he find that? Well, right here! Katie leaned in for a very sweet and surprising kiss.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Brooke Is Broken
Meanwhile, at the Logan house, Brooke demanded Bill leave as she would forever wait for Ridge. He tried to refuse, but Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) came in and interrupted the scene. Bill took his leave, and Brooke sobbed about Ridge leaving her for Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
Eventually, Brooke demanded Liam go home and give her time alone. He reluctantly did so, but not before noting there was a bottle of vodka nearby. Brooke noticed it, too, and once Liam was out of eyesight, she was pouring it into a glass. Luckily, Liam was smart enough to come back and stop her. She sobbed on his shoulder while staring at a picture of herself and Ridge.
