In this retro B&B recap, it’s Monday, August 1, 2022, and a miracle is about to take place. Dr. John ‘Finn’ Finnegan will soon be back in the arms of his loving wife.
B&B Retro Recap Highlights
The search for Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) took several directions. Finn (Tanner Novlan) had no luck on his own, so Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), and even Steffy’s therapist ran around town to help out.
Everyone took off to Steffy’s favorite spots but had very little luck. Taylor was so anxious to find her daughter she even ran up to blonde woman while calling out Steffy’s name. Ridge was a little wiser and showed her picture to anyone who would look at it.
Bold and Beautiful Recap: Dreams DO Come True
As for Steffy, anyone who says she doesn’t always get what she wants can eat their words. She moped around town before a kind woman directly said something simple that led Steffy to church. There, she lit a candle, remembered her husband, and tried not to cry.
Steffy got the shock of her life when she walked out the door. Finn was there after hearing church bells and letting his instincts take over. They ran to each other and flew into each other’s embrace. Steffy was beside herself with joy.

B&B Retro Recap: Quite the Story
Back in Los Angeles, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) banged down Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) door and begged for his help. She had to hide until the coast was clear. Deacon was shaken. How can he help a killer? He can’t harbor a fugitive at all, let alone the likes of Sheila.
But wait, Sheila isn’t a murderer (this time). She told Deacon the tale of how she found and cared for Finn. By the time she was done, he was sufficiently confused and confuddled. So much so that he didn’t know exactly how to react when Baker (Dan Martin) knocked on his door.
