B&B recap for Tuesday, November 22, 2022, features Steffy Forrester Finnegan preparing to right her brother’s wrong, and Carter Walton putting Dollar Bill Forrester in his place.
B&B Recap Highlights
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) showed some serious personal growth in the face of her brother’s wrongdoing. Dr. Taylor Hayes’s (Krista Allen) calm and cool wedding day took a turn as she heard her children yelling. Meanwhile, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tried to convince himself he was doing the right thing. At the same time, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) turned down Bill (Don Diamont) who then got blasted by Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
Bold and the Beautiful: Bill Did Everything Wrong
Over at the Logan estate, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) sat in her room mourning the loss of her marriage. She cried while thinking of their own big day and pined away for her lost love.

Downstairs, Bill made yet another play for Katie. He said she was the only woman he ever wanted. Basically, all the same things he already said to Brooke. Katie called him out on running to Brooke and was sure this wasn’t the first speech he gave today. She even got it right that Brooke turned him down. Much like Brooke, she said no. She was done playing second-best. Katie left him to mull over his life while she went to check on Brooke.
The second Katie was up the stairs, Carter came in and confronted Bill. Carter went off about Bill playing the sisters against each other — especially Katie. How dare he?! That set Bill off something fierce. He warned Carter to stay away from his ex. She is and always will be “MY KATIE!” Carter scoffed at Bill’s little tantrum.
Katie overheard much of the argument and was not shocked to have confirmation Bill waffled between her and Brooke again. She was very impressed to hear Carter come to her defense, though, which put a smile on her face.
B&B Recap: Thomas Began To Seriously Panic
Across town, Thomas helped soothe his mother’s nerves. She didn’t like that Ridge kept the call to himself, and Thomas reminded her Ridge loved her regardless. Taylor let herself relax and enjoy the day.

Downstairs, Eric asked Ridge one more time if he really, really, really wanted to commit himself to Taylor. Ridge assured his dad all was good and he doing the right thing. Their broken-record conversation ended when Finn (Tanner Novlan), Kelly Spencer, and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) arrived.
Li went up to check on the blushing bride. Taylor was ecstatic. Not only was she getting married, but she was pulling off a no-drama wedding. No nasty surprises here! Not like what happened way back when Steffy and Finn got married.
Li went to the living room to congratulate the groom-to-be. What a lovely day for a wedding. Carter also arrived and gave Ridge the cufflinks. Eric, Finn, Li, and Carter gathered and asked Ridge to take their pic. He opened his phone to a photo of Brooke and had a momentary lapse of sadness before snapping the pic.
Upstairs, Steffy was flabbergasted by her brother’s actions and told Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) she would take care of it. She could hardly believe Thomas could be so ruthless. This was a lot to take in. She had Douglas play those recordings a few more times. Sadly, Thomas walked in and overheard them. “Douglas, what have you done…?” he asked. Steffy stood nose to nose with Thomas and asked him how he could be so cruel!
Steffy sent Douglas downstairs, and the Forrester siblings had it out. Thomas practically forbid his sister from saying anything and ruining their parents’ reunion. Steffy was not having it. Taylor heard them going at it, and when she came in the room, Steffy told her mom there was something she and Ridge should know. Something Thomas did that could ruin everything.
