And the best part about Carter is that (as far as we know) he’s never going to betray Katie by turning to her sister Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).
That’s one thing Bill can never erase. When Katie was at her most vulnerable, dealing with post-partum depression, Bill found solace in Brooke’s arms. How can Katie feel as safe with Bill as she does with Carter?

A good soap opera triangle plays out over years. Perhaps that’s why 38% of you suggest that Katie doesn’t even know who is the best man for her. She’s always going to love Bill. He’s the father of their son, Will, and despite his passion for Brooke, Bill cares about Katie. Carter, however, offers Katie a new life. They have Forrester Creations in common. He’s a great guy. It’s understandable that Katie could feel torn between the two of them.
