Douglas Forrester was given the choice as to who he wanted to live with on The Bold and the Beautiful. He opted to live with Steffy and is currently living at the cliff house with her, Finn, Kelly, and Hayes.

But should Douglas continue to stay there? Is it right that Steffy takes on the duty of raising another child? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans.
B&B: No Going Back
Time will tell if Douglas learns to regret his decision but about 17% of you say that the choice needs to stand as is. Why? Because Thomas and Hope let it happen. They’re the ones who need to learn a lesson. Don’t let your kid make a grownup choice when he’s still a kid. Douglas was old enough to spill the beans about Beth being alive. He can decide where he wants to live.

Many of you, about 38%, say that no, Douglas should not be living with Steffy. Favorite aunts are for spoiling their nephews — not bringing them up. Steffy already has two kids, and she’s running Forrester Creations. It’s understandable that Douglas didn’t want to hurt Hope (Annika Noelle) or Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), so he chose neither of them. But the grownups need to start taking charge again. Maybe split custody since Douglas cares for both parents?

Stay the Bold and the Beautiful Course
Most of you, about 45%, are recommending that things stay the way they are. While Hope and Thomas shouldn’t have put this decision in Douglas’s hands, they need to see how this plays out. Let Douglas be the one to say that he wants to go back to living with Hope — or staying with Thomas. They can’t tell him he’s made the wrong choice just because they don’t think it’s the right one. Who knows? Maybe Douglas will end up staying with his new family?
