Time and time again, little Douglas Forrester has proven himself to be the moral compass of his family. For a while, Hope Logan Spencer happily shared custody with his dad Thomas Forrester. However, Thomas’s latest deception — calling Child Protective Services on himself and disguising it to sound like Brooke Logan — might have gone too far.
The Bold and the Beautiful Polling
For weeks leading up to Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) big lie, the people in Hope’s (Annika Noelle) life expressed their concerns about Douglas’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) dad. Both Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) tried to get Hope to see the light, but she was determined to give Thomas the benefit of the doubt. However, now Thomas has gone too far, so should Hope go for full custody?
Douglas Forrester Is In Need Of A Stable Home
Nearly half, about 48% of you, think that Hope should pursue full custody of her adopted son. She tried hard to give Thomas a second chance, but he blew it in a huge way. Not only that, but Thomas isn’t even sorry for what he did — instead, it seems he’s angry that his sister blabbed. It doesn’t even look like Thomas thinks what he did is a problem, which is…well, a problem.
B&B: Out of The Mouths of Babes
Another 35% of you think that Hope should probably have custody of Douglas, but you’d like to see her ask him first. After all, Douglas seems well aware of what’s going on, so he might have some strong feelings about what he wants to happen with custody. As long as Thomas isn’t actively spiraling out of control and a threat to Douglas, then Douglas should give some input.

Bold and the Beautiful Father Knows Best
For the remaining 17% of you, Thomas doesn’t deserve to lose custody of his son over his mistake. Sure, he called CPS to claim that Douglas was in danger, but the little boy wasn’t in any actual danger (we hope). You’d like to see Hope keep the status quo and share custody of the little boy with his father.
