The Bold and the Beautiful has a gem in Pam Douglas. She’s a link to the late Stephanie, her sister, who drove much of the show’s story. Now, Pam’s getting her own story with her ongoing feud with Quinn and screen time with main squeeze Charlie.
But Pam, played by actress Alley Mills — best known to primetime audiences from her run on The Wonder Years, has always had material to play. Here’s a look back at five story points from Pam’s life!
Family Silence
Pam was very young when her sister Stephanie suffered abuse at the hands of their father. Their mother, Ann (Betty White), looked the other way, which Steph found unforgivable. She was more understanding that Pam felt powerless.
Falling for Eric
After Pam moved to L.A., she lived with Stephanie (Susan Flannery) and Eric (John McCook) and she soon developed a crush on her brother-in-law. Ever since Steph’s death, Pam has felt overprotective of Eric and is clearly not a fan of his new wife Quinn (Rena Sofer).
Down On Donna
Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis)) has suffered Pam’s wrath more than anyone else! After Pam went off her meds, she tied Donna to a chair at the Forrester Big Bear cabin, slathered her in honey, and put her in the path of a bear! Not only did Donna survive, but now she and Pam are united in their dislike of Quinn!
Love Life
Pam didn’t have too much of a romantic life before moving to L.A., but she’s shared romances with both Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) and Charlie (Dick Christie), Forrester Creations’ top security guy!
Picture Perfect
Pam stays loyal to Stephanie by trying to place her portrait in a place of honor at the Forrester mansion. Quinn literally put her foot down (and through the painting!) during a recent argument. Steph’s portrait is damaged, but Pam’s love for her sister remains intact!
Stay tuned to find out what jam Pam gets into next!
