For decades, viewers loved the battles between Brooke Logan and Stephanie Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. First, Stephanie used Brooke as her verbal punching bag and slapping target. Later, Brooke began fighting back, which only intensified the rivalry.
The Bold and the Beautiful Steffy V. Brooke
Stephanie (Susan Flannery) is gone, but her granddaughter Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has appeared to have taken up the mantle of going after Brooke Logan. Recently, Steffy blasted her (technically) stepmother, letting her know that her actions with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) were going to be her undoing. The scenes were classic soap opera. Soap Hub asked B&B fans what they think of these showdowns.
Pot, Kettle
The majority of you, about 65%, say that Steffy doesn’t have a leg to stand on when she reads Brooke the riot act. Steffy and Brooke are more alike than either of them may seem. Sure, Brooke kissed Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) a few years ago when she was vulnerable. But Steffy slept with Bill after she thought her marriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was harmed beyond repair. Steffy can make a mistake, but Brooke can’t? Doesn’t seem right.

The Bold and the Beautiful Battles
Almost 25% of you say that two people squaring off and going after one another is what soaps are all about. Steffy isn’t the only person not to see her own faults when pointing out another person’s errors. It’d be great to see Brooke fire back at her stepdaughter, reminding Steffy that her record is far from perfect. Knowing Steffy, she’d push back with a response that would keep Brooke on her toes.
The High Road Has Less Traffic
The remaining 10% of you believe that Brooke and Steffy need to find another way of dealing with their conflict. They’re grown women, and both of them have made mistakes. Steffy has asked Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) to stay out of her marriage to Finn (Tanner Novlan). Granted, Steffy is looking after her father, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), but if Steffy is going to ask for privacy in her union, then she should offer Brooke the same courtesy.
