The Bold and the Beautiful

Two bigwigs from The Bold and the Beautiful’s past are back for a special episode devoted to Katherine Kelly Lang’s Brooke Logan Forrester. Sydney Mikayla wrapped her run as Trina Robinson, Jossyln’s (Eden McCoy) best friend, on March 17. The actress, who began playing Trina in 2019, left the soap to pursue her college studies at UCLA. The role has already been recast with daytime newcomer Tabyana Ali, who will begin airing later this month.

Two actors featured in Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Felicia Jones (Kristina Wagner) sleuthing in Austria have finished their stints on the soap opera: Sewell Whitney, the records’ keeper who assisted the two women; and Paul Ganus, Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) henchman Kurt who committed suicide by swallowing a cyanide capsule.

The Young and the Restless

The Young and the Restless welcomes back a daytime star from yesteryear. Julia Montgomery, who portrayed Samantha Vernon on the soap opera One Life to Live from 1977 to 1980, is set to play Tanya. The character is a Los Angeles real estate agent, which hits close to home for Montgomery, who actually has a real estate license.

Days of our Lives

Michael Varde wrapped up his two-day gig as Frank, the drug dealer who sold heroin to TR Coates (William Christian). The character was killed at the hands of the nefarious movie producer.
