The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Wednesday, May 23 reveal Steffy may get her way after all. Liam’s having serious reservations about Bill’s claims and it leaves a window open for Steffy.
Another Grand Gesture
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) truly thought naming the baby Kelly would be enough to win Liam over but she couldn’t be more wrong. So, when they got back to the cliff house she put another hail mary plan into action.
She reminded Liam of all the good times. The love they share is like no other and they shouldn’t just let that go. Steffy even took one of their portraits off the wall and held it in Liam’s face to make him remember how great they can be together. He’s her one and only and all she’s asking is for a little time to prove she can be the woman he deserves.
The walk down memory lane gave Liam a bit of pause. For a spit second, Steffy saw the doubt in his eyes and pushed harder. However, it looks like she pushed too far.
Logic Over Emotions
Both Katie (Heather Tom) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) are guilt ridden over keeping Bill’s massive secret and talk it through once again.
Wyatt can feel the toll it’s taking, especially on his morals and values. He’s a guy who likes brutal honesty and isn’t sure he can live with watching Liam get married based on manipulations.

Yeah, Katie feels like that too but she sees the bigger picture. Steffy willingly fell into Bill’s bed once and she’ll surely do it again. To make things worse, Steffy’s bamboozled Hope’s happiness at every turn and it’s time her niece got a win. Liam and Hope are meant to be and that’s all that really matters.
Family Feud
Over at Brooke’s house, she and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) continued to face off over their daughters. Ridge’s harsh words towards Hope went way too far and Brooke insists he take a step back. They need to show their support instead of trying to ruin Hope’s big day.
Of course, Ridge isn’t one to simply back down. He knows there’s more to this story and vows to get to the bottom of things. They all know Bill’s a master manipulator and a liar and it’s time he’s exposed for all the world to see.
The Wedding Will Go On!
The confrontation came to an abrupt end when Liam arrived home. He announced the name Steffy chose for his daughter and how she begged him to take a step back. For a moment he had Brooke and Hope worried he’d take her advice, but he set their minds at ease. He’s going to marry Hope despite what his ex wife says or does!
