The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Monday, July 23 focused on lies, secrets, and betrayals.
Bill’s Plan Is Working!
Bill (Don Diamont) had a smirk on his face when Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) stormed off to FC.
The romantic picture of Liam and Hope did the trick and he knew his son would disappoint her again. It’s only a matter of time before she’s back in his arms.
Unbridled Passion
Meanwhile, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Annika Noelle) were on cloud nine about how well the relaunch went.
The clothes were beautiful, the dance routine was electric, and the showstopper was perfect. It was more than Hope could ever dream (almost).
Her biggest dream came true when she and Liam locked lips. The hot and passionate moment swept them away. For a few moments, they didn’t have a care in the world. Sadly, this is how Steffy found them.

An Offer And A Rejection
That wasn’t all the drama at the office. Zoe caused quite the stir with her showstopping runway walk and Ridge was impressed. He called the one-time model to his office to talk about her future. Thankfully, Xander interrupted the meeting before it was too late.
He gave Ridge a quick rundown of who Zoe really was and why she was around. She’s no savior and needs to leave before she causes more trouble.
Zoe tried to defend herself against the accusations, but Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) and Emma (Nia Sioux) arrived to back up Xander’s claims. Zoe is bad news and they begged Ridge to send her away, which he did… at least for now.
The Waiting Game
Back at Spencer Publications, Bill let Justin in on his plan and waited patiently for a call from Steffy. He knows it’s only a matter of time before she has had enough of his son’s flip-flopping and comes running to him instead.
