Next week, Smitty takes a more active part in the investigation, and it’s enough to get Jacob to plead with Smitty not to go rogue. But he must not listen to the detective because on Thursday, April 9, Smitty commits a crime. Will he get caught? And just how much guilt will this cause him to feel?
Meanwhile, Naomi and Jacob celebrate their anniversary apart, and Naomi continues to struggle with the separation. She turns to Ashley, Dani, and Bill for support. And it looks like we’re about to get flashbacks to the wedding. Wonder if these flashbacks will include whatever drama Izaiah stirred up at the wedding reception?
We’re asking because next week also looks like a rough week for Izaiah and Eva. Their mothers will meet when Leslie crashes their lunch with Darlene. It is now well known what Darlene thinks of Leslie. And so there is no way this impromptu meeting will go well.
