The second week of CBS’s Beyond the Gates ended with Dani getting arrested and Nicole facing what she thinks is a full-fledged mental health emergency on the rooftop of the hospital. Expect those stories to continue this week, plus much more drama. Here’s a look at what’s ahead for the week of March 10-14.

This Week on Beyond the Gates

Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) is on the roof trying to help someone she thinks is a patient. “Sherry, no!” the doctor screams. Did Nicole yell the name “Sherry?” Little does Nicole know that the woman in “jeopardy” either goes by Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) or Dana and has a history with her husband.

After the emergency on the rooftop, Ted (Maurice Johnson) and Leslie finally reconnect. And it isn’t a pleasant conversation. “Leave my wife the hell alone because if you ever come for my wife again, I will destroy you,” Ted warned Leslie/Dana.

Next, Vernon (Clifton Davis) says, “Dani, no one can take your dignity.” The visuals, however, tell another story. Jacob (Jibre Hordges) puts Dani (Karla Mosley) in handcuffs, and then she’s at the police station getting her mugshot taken.

“Oh my God, wait, Derek!” At the hospital, it looks like firefighter Derek (Ben Gavin) is injured. When Ashley (Jen Jacob) sees her boyfriend wearing an oxygen mask being rolled in on a gurney, her shock and worry are evident.

Meanwhile, Vernon and Martin (Brandon Claybon) are sporting fancy tuxes at Nicole’s award ceremony. Vernon questions Martin’s intention to run for POTUS. His grandson’s big secret must be on his mind. “You’re a congressman who’s itching to blow up. By that, I mean run for president,” says the Dupree patriarch. “Have you lost your ever-loving mind?”

Finally, Eva (Ambyr Michelle) and Leslie have it out at Nicole’s shindig. “You need to get out of here before it’s too late,” Eva suggests to her mother, who got herself a job as part of the catering crew. “Leave me alone, little miss bigshot. I’ve got drinks to serve.” Guess Leslie’s not going to listen to Ted’s warning anytime soon.
