Next Week on BTG
A Moving Decision
The video begins with Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) and Joey (Jon Lindstrom) looking cozy as they debate moving in together. As expected, Vanessa is all for it. Joey, however, has concerns. “Your moving in here could really mean something,” Joey starts. “That you can’t be apart from me,” Vanessa claims. “Danger,” Joey counters.
He’s right. His dirty dealings and illegitimate business practices attract unsavory individuals and extreme situations. However, it’s unbelievable that he still tries to put up a fight when Vanessa will do what she usually does. She’ll tell him about all the ways he’s wrong, and then she gets her way in the end.
Public Display of Affection
Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix, who has teased her character’s love triangle) is enjoying the freedom of her post-divorce life. She has upgraded her wardrobe, her hair, and her attitude, and she’s taking a bite out of life. And that means, she isn’t only involved with Carlton (Robert Christopher Riley). She’s seeing Kial (Greg Vaughan), too. Next week, they are back at Uptown, taking up space in a booth. “You should be in the kissing hall of fame,” Kial tells Nicole.
Unfortunately for Ted (Keith D. Robinson), he sees his ex-wife’s public display, which has to be difficult. even though he’s out on his own date. Speaking of which, Shanice (Ernestine Johnson) has something to say when the action cuts to Ted’s hotel room.
Game, Set, Trap
“If I am the one, then who do these tacky *ss panties belong to?” Shanice screams at Ted. We all know that Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) planted those unmentionables. She hoped it would send Shanice running.
Something tells us that Ted will be able to work his way out of this dire situation. Shanice doesn’t scare easily, but she does know her worth. And if she doesn’t like what Ted is selling, she will be on her merry way.
Bold Move, New Look?
In the Friday, January 30 episode of BTG, Anita and Vernon were having a great time when Anita’s world changed again. She noticed her hair falling out. And it appears that, as a result, she will be making a drastic change. “I just hoped that I wouldn’t look in the mirror and have to see a cancer patient staring back at me,” Anita admits next week.
In fact, we can look forward to Chelsea’s reaction to her grand’s new look. The weekly spoilers back up that moment as well.
Operation Kill Bill Continues
Hayley (Marquita Goings) told Randy (Maurice P. Kerry) she upped the stakes on their plan to kill Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett). She started giving her hubby bigger doses. And unfortunately, this may be her undoing, because Madison (Kenjah) caught a potential issue in his bloodwork. When Hayley and Bill visit Madison together, Bill explains his version of his wife’s help.
“Ever since I had my stroke, my wife here has been forcing me to drink tea nonstop.” Will Bill inch closer to discovering why his electrolytes are off and his carbon dioxide levels are low?
Confession Time
Andre (Sean Freeman) must have had an enlightening chat with Vernon (Clifton Davis). Because he’s a little testy with Dani (Karla Mosley), and with good reason.”Bill flat-out told him that giving up on you was a huge mistake.” A revelation like that is bound to stir up some jealousy or insecurities. Again, with good reason.
“I kissed Bill,” Dani quickly confessed. But that’s all we got. We didn’t get Andre’s reaction to that bombshell. Will Andre and Dani be okay?
