“And now! What you have all been waiting for…fashion.” This week, fashion icon Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) sports her best emcee chapeau to introduce the event of the week — the charity fashion show that also serves as her daughter Chelsea’s (RhonniRose Mantilla) au revoir to modeling. At the hospital, Andre (Sean Freeman) apparently catches a very candid moment of Ashley (Jen Jacob) for the upcoming first-time nurses documentary he’s producing and directing. However, it sounds like Ashley wants her very human moment erased from existence, and she has no problem using her friendship with Andre to do it. “Andre, I swear if you give a damn about me, you’ll delete that footage right now,” the nurse demands.

Meanwhile, Ted (Maurice Johnson) may have come through and paid Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) the $50K she requested in exchange for staying away from his family. But that’s not going to stop her from executing her plan — blowing up Ted’s life. “We’ll lay low for now. Let Ted think he’s won,” Leslie explains to Eva (Ambyr Michelle). “And then at the big anniversary bash when he least expects it, we’ll make our move.” Will Eva figure out a way to stop her mom? Or will she go with the flow and let Leslie’s revenge rule?

Finally, Anita (Tamara Tunie) ominously tells her husband, “I have fear, Vernon (Clifton Davis). Fear that this isn’t going to end any other way than terribly.” Anita could be addressing a number of issues. Dani’s series of meltdowns. The Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) versus Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) lawsuit. And especially Martin’s (Brandon Claybon) POTUS ambitions. So, which one of their children and grandchildren is in the hot seat this week?
