Hayley Messes With Naomi While Still Working Bill
Hayley’s multitasking ways continue to come in handy. She has enough energy to bring the heat to her interactions with Dani (Karla Mosley), make sure Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) knows she’s the doting wifey, and microdose his drinks all at once. She is zeroed in on her agenda, and that’s to kill Bill. But she has to make it look like she’s innocent in the meantime.
Hayley (Marquita Goings) is tired of dealing with Bill’s ex-wife and daughters. On Friday, she tries to keep her eye on the prize. But she is human. So Hayley will hassle Naomi (Arielle Prepetit)…while hustling Bill. She will undoubtedly find a way to make herself look like the victim in whatever conflict she instigates with her ex-best friend.
Anita Struggles with a Major Decision
Ever since Anita’s battle with cancer, she has struggled to get her voice back. She endured chemo sessions, which included a showdown with The Red Devil, a particularly nasty chemotherapy drug. She is currently in the radiation phase and dealing with it fabulously.
But she knows she’s on a deadline. Anita (Tamara Tunie, a 2026 Daytime Emmy nominee) wants to get back into the studio with her fellow Articulettes, Sharon (Bonita Brisker) and Tracy (Maria Howell). She wants to record an album to honor Barbara. It has been in the planning stages, but now that she’s feeling better, it’s time to lean into her creative side again.
However, her voice issues might be causing her to rethink things. And as a result, Anita wavers on a big opportunity. And the opportunity has to be this impending recording session.
Vernon Springs into Action
Meanwhile, Vernon (Clifton Davis) jumps into crisis mode. It could very well have to do with what’s going on with his wife. He can’t stand to see Anita struggle, and he will always go above and beyond to ensure she gets what she wants.
After all, he’s amazing in a crisis. We saw it with the tornado. And more recently, he got the ball rolling on getting the Articulettes back into the studio. So if he takes it upon himself to troubleshoot Anita back into the studio, how will he do it?
Smitty Sparks Panic as Elon Delivers Disturbing News
There are two things that could cause Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) and Kat (Colby Nixon) to freak out right now: 1) The upcoming Tokyo collective. And 2) Allison’s potential return. Unfortunately for Smitty (Mike Manning, who’s nominated for a 2026 Daytime Emmy), he unwittingly incites anxiety for Chelsea and Kat. What will he do?
And finally, Elon (Malachi Malik) has disturbing news for Jacob (Jibre Hordges). This better be about finding all those letters Allison (Brianna Roberts) has been writing to Chelsea in her cell and nothing more serious.
Last we heard, there was going to be a search through Allison’s room to see if there was a phone or anything else that would let them know whether she had found a way to secretly contact Chelsea. What are we about to find out?
