The Friday, February 27, spoilers for Beyond the Gates focus on train wrecks waiting to happen. Chelsea gets herself in the middle of a blow-up. Meanwhile, Kat’s confrontation with Leslie and Eva escalates. And Vanessa bolsters her bestie. Expect a healthy dose of fury and friendship on this final day of the work week.
Key Takeaways
- Kat’s confrontation with Leslie and Eva spirals out of control.
- Chelsea lands in the middle of a cousin blow-up.
- Vanessa steps up to support Nicole as tensions rise.
Two Clashes, No Waiting
Fairmont Crest will be a place of fury on Friday. A triggered Kat (Colby Muhammad) gets into it with the two people she despises the most in this world: Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) and Eva (Ambyr Michelle). Weekly spoilers reveal that her confrontation with the mother and the daughter escalates. How bad will this showdown get?
Another clash to expect involves Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla). The co-founder of ChelseaKat and her cousin are about to have a blowout. This teaser is deliberately vague. Which cousin are we talking about? Does Kat go from one argument to another? Is there suddenly friction between Chelsea and Martin (Brandon Claybon)? Then there’s Eva…she could be considered a cousin-type, right?
Parental Concern
While Kat goes toe-to-toe with Leslie and Eva, look for Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix, who marked BTG’s first anniversary on social media) and Ted (Keith D. Robinson) to worry for their daughter. They have been trying to get Kat to let go of her anger over Eva’s presence. But Kat has held onto her grudge. And her parents remain concerned.
That’s all well and good, but what they need to do is fight for their daughter — at her side, preferably. So she doesn’t have to face Leslie by herself. While Nicole worries about her daughter, she’s about to get some support from Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli), who does her best to bolster her bestie.
Friends Reconnect?
Finally, Smitty (Mike Manning) catches up with an old friend, and Izaiah gets a surprise meeting request. These two teasers could be connected, which could prove enlightening.
What if Smitty and Izaiah (Lami) are friends from way back? This would be great because we do not know a lot about Smitty pre-Martin. There’s a very real chance that we’re about to get some backstory, even if this old friend is someone other than Izaiah.
We do know about Izaiah’s past growing up in the DMV, thanks to his conversation with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) and from his arguments with his father and brother. But this surprise meeting request could flesh out his background even more. If this doesn’t have to do with Smitty, maybe it’ll be another chat with Joey.
