Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Hayley (Marquita Goings) haven’t even been married for a year, yet they’ve hit a rough patch. They are out of sync with one another. Bill keeps thinking about Dani (Karla Mosley). And Hayley, of course, is trying to kill Bill. And Hayley is desperate to get her husband’s attention long enough so she can murder him. She can’t have him leaving her for Dani before she achieves her goal.
Although Hayley’s con pal, Lynette (Dominique Madison), doesn’t know Hayley’s true intentions, during Monday’s episode, she tried to help Hayley tap into a way to get Bill to forget about Dani. Turn Hayley into a damsel in distress. She clocked Hayley outside Uptown to give Hayley a shot at getting her husband’s attention. She can say she was mugged or something. Lynette made sure she did it where there were no cameras.
But Bill’s reaction may not be what she expected when Bill worries that Hayley’s had a setback.
Meanwhile, Chelsea (RhonniRose) thinks Hamilton history may be repeating itself. She just got engaged to Madison (Kenjah). Everything should be blissful and happy. But her parents’ history isn’t great. Is Chelsea’s engagement to Madison doomed?

The upcoming Cotillion has Samantha (Najah Jackson), Tyrell (Jaden Lucas Miller), and Jessica (Camryn Jade) spinning for very different reasons. Samantha is all in on the event while Jessica’s skeptical about its importance. And Tyrell is along for the ride. Although he basically feels what his girlfriend has been expressing about the fancy gala where debutantes make their debut into society.
Look for Anita (Tamara Tunie, BTG’s January Performer of the Month) and Vernon to teach Samantha, Tyrell, and Jessica a lesson, most likely about the importance of the formal ball. Unfortunately for the Duprees, Ms. Anastasia (Timeca Seretti) will do her best to ruin the big night for them as she stirs the pot like only she can. She showed exactly what she thought of Anita when the two recently faced off in the middle of the Fairmont Crest Country Club.
