Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) arrived at the hospital to spread some Christmas joy to an ailing Peaches (Arle Michel). Their time together showed a softer, more vulnerable side to Leslie.
Since Peaches can’t talk, Leslie did all the talking, reminiscing about past Christmases with the two of them and Eva (Ambyr Michelle). The simpler times tugged at Leslie’s heartstrings as she admitted to feeling left out now that Eva was spending so much time with Ted (Keith D. Robinson).

The episode definitely left off with the villainous side of Leslie shining bright as she spread the affair rumor about Vernon, and that is going to come back to bite her in more ways than one.
The Fallout
Leslie immediately spread a not-confirmed truth about Vernon to Ted, just after she was vulnerable, which will have several ramifications. First, it will likely lead to fewer moments where Leslie can be real, even with Peaches.
However, the biggest fallout will be when the truth about Vernon and Sharon (Bonita Brisker) spending time together comes out. BTG has alluded to an affair, but this is a soap, so who knows what the real reason is.
