Beyond the Gates has officially been on CBS airwaves for one year, and stars Karla Mosley and Daphnée Duplaix celebrated with a special message to the fans.

One Year Of BTG In The Books

Tuesday, February 24, marked one year since the history-making CBS soap debuted. BTG has proven to be a force to be reckoned with, tackling hot topics like breast cancer and sundown towns, while also giving fans stories that don’t move at a snail’s pace.

Duplaix (Nicole) and Mosely (Dani) used Instagram to acknowledge the anniversary and give a shoutout to the fans.

“We couldn’t be more thankful for all of the love and support you guys have given us,” Duplaix expressed.

Mosley added, “Absolutely! Without you, our show wouldn’t be, and we just are in awe of the way that you support us. The way that you throw shade. The way that you stand for us every single day. It means the world.

They also promised fans so much juicy soap entertainment coming up, telling fans to come along on this crazy ride with them. Mosley and Duplaix were all smiles in the video, truly showing fans they mean the world to them.

Several BTG stars, like Keith D. Robinson (Ted), Marquita Goings (Hayley), and Jibre Hordges (Jacob), left emojis on social media shares, while Lauren Buglioli (Vanessa) wished everyone a happy anniversary and told fans to “buckle up.”

Jon Lindstrom (Joey) wrote a lengthy message saying, “Wait, a YEAR?!! WTH?! I just got off the plane to START this gig, and you’re telling me I’ve been here a year? MORE when you count time btwn production and air. I guess that’s my favorite memory: That because of all of you the time has just flown by. Happy One-Year Anniversary.”

The Young and the Restless’ Susan Walters (Diane) and Days of our Lives star Eric Martsolf (Brady) also showed up in the comments to wish a happy anniversary to all those involved with the CBS soap.

In an age where soaps always seemed to be on the bubble, BTG has proven soaps’ value and worth, breathing new life into the genre. Congrats, BTG, on the first anniversary of a fantastic show.
