Eva (Ambyr Michelle) is on the mend. Kat (Colby Nixon) gave her a portion of her liver, and so the two are connected in a way they never really felt before. They’ve come to an understanding, even if it doesn’t mean they will be friends or real sisters anytime soon. Even Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) thanked Kat, and she agreed to stop calling her “Kitty Kat.” She says it’s a term of endearment, but it’s never sounded that way.
And now Leslie’s announcement induces panic. What could she say to get such a reaction? Maybe she decided to rebuild the shouse that the tornado destroyed.

Joey (Jon Lindstrom) and Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) have only gotten stronger through all of the drama of the tornado. She can’t stop saying how Joey was one of the heroes at the country club. She feels that everybody should accept him just like that, but Joey knows better. And Joey doesn’t need that kind of validation either. Or at least he says he doesn’t.
