The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR) for Tuesday, December 26 reveal a determined Nick is making a big sacrifice for his family. With the loss of Sage (Kelly Sullivan) still fresh on his mind, Nick (Joshua Morrow) is motivated to keep the new family he has now intact.
If someone had told him a year ago that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) would become his lover, the defiant Newman would have scoffed at the idea.
She was his sister-in-law, the wife of his brother, and a great friend, so he did not see her as a potential love interest. However, the heart does what it wants to do, and it fell in love with Chelsea.
Her unrelenting support and deep understanding of Nick’s situation with Sage was the key to his healing. Chelsea was the sunshine he needed during his dark days of doom and gloom.
With his steadfast loyalty and transparency toward Chelsea, there is no reason why she would reject him. And Nick wants to keep it that way. That means certain sacrifices have to be made and he makes one tomorrow.
