GH Spoilers Speculation: Willow Tait Turns Down Another Life Saving Option

Will she keep putting herself last until she’s dead?

GH Spoilers Willow Tait and Wiley
 Comments

Willow Tait has made it infinitely clear on General Hospital that she is incapable of looking out for her own interests. First, she refused treatment for her aggressive cancer during her first trimester in order to protect her unborn baby. (Did she not realize that if she died before giving birth, her baby would too?) Considering Willow’s flawed decision-making skills, we suspect she’ll turn down another life-saving procedure, as well.

GH Spoilers: Alternative Facts

GH Spoilers reveal that viewers assume that, ultimately, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will turn out to be Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) genetic match, and that’s how the secret of her being Willow’s biological mother will come out. But, at the same time, we’re ignoring the fact that there may be another potential match in Port Charles: Wiley Corinthos-Quartermaine.

Wiley is Willow’s stepson, but he is the biological child of her long-lost twin sister, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). Wiley may have the bone marrow Willow needs to save her!

GH: Martyr Syndrome

But would Willow allow that to happen, though? We know that she loves to put her needs last after everyone else’s — even if it means she suffers. Can’t you just imagine Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) getting the wonderful news that Wiley is a match and can save his Mommy, and Willow announcing that, no, the risk is too great!

GH Spoilers: Bad Guy

General Hospital spoilers recall when Nelle was the bad guy for not wanting her son to undergo life-risking heart surgery and she was deemed evil, locked in the room, and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) forged Nelle’s permission with the help of a doctor and a nurse.

What do you want to bet that Willow refusing to let Wiley be put at risk by being her donor and instead dying, and taking her unborn child with her, be considered a brave, noble, the epitome of maternal love gesture?
