Y&R spoilers hint at Phyllis’s rage against the Genoa City newcomer is building. She vents to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and promises to take that girl down at all costs. It will be cold, calculated, and dirty. Tara is going to pay and pay deeply. The Young and the Restless History
