The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, August 27, 2019, reveal Nick in for an uphill battle for Christian ahead of him. He heads back to court and is ready to say or do whatever it takes to bring his boy home.
Adam (Mark Grossman) dropped his custody suit but that will not make the custody case a slam dunk for Nick (Joshua Morrow). He still has to prove he’s the better choice and it’s harder than ever!
The judge already has reservations about the Newman heir so he’s not about to simply hand over the child.
In fact, alarms bells ring for the judge when Adam doesn’t show up in court. Something does not seem right and Judge Sanders (Joseph C. Phillips) accusees Nick of keeping Adam away. Did Nick (or the rest of the family) coerce Adam into giving up custody?

Spoilers tease Nick gets quite the shock when the Judge decides to close up shop for the day. No Adam means no judgment, at least not today. They have to wait until he can talk to ALL parties.
Well, that will not sit well with Nick. He becomes a frantic father and begs the judge to listen. He loves Christian and he has fought for the boy almost his entire life and he will not stop. Christian deserves to come home and stay home once and for all.
