Season 5 of Empire saw Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) and Cookie Lyon at rock bottom. Not only was their personal life as crazy as ever, but they also lost their business.

In the video above, both Lucious and Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) discuss the future of their company and if they’ll ever be able to get back on their feet.

“For the longest you were the only artist at the label. And look what we’ve become. Look, all my life all I wanted to do was music, Lucious. And I wanted to do it with you, OK?” Cookie says in the clip.
