They’ve done it before. The Young and the Restless characters Ashley (Eileen Davidson), Lauren (Tracey Bregman), and Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) have done nice long stints on The Bold and the Beautiful. And Eric (John McCook) has visited Genoa City from Los Angeles.

Oh, yes, 60% of you cheer, that would be great. Maybe Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) could finally stop waffling between Ridge (Thorten Kaye) and Bill (Don Diamont) if she got a gander at a real man like Jack (Peter Bergman).
Victor could go toe to toe in business with the Spencer family, and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) could get some fabulous new outfits from Forrester Creations.
Lauren can tell Quinn (Rena Sofer) all about how Sheila stole her newborn son, and Wyatt can take over IT at Jabot, since who knows where Ravi (Abhi Sinha) has gone.
We do suggest, if it happens in the next few months, for YR citizens to make the trip West. Los Angeles in the winter beats Wisconsin any day of the week.

It would get way too confusing, 40% of the audience counters. Won’t Abby (Melissa Ordway) confuse Bill with her late dad, Brad?
And Katie (Heather Tom) sure looks like Victoria (Amelia Heinle) did as a teen, doesn’t she? Not to mention Eric’s more than passing resemblance to one-tie playboy Lance, who wooed both Brooks sisters.
The risk of confusion is too much. Maybe the young people could get together at Lola’s (Sasha Calle) restaurant or something. The under 30 demographic is less likely to end up in a game of mixed identities.
They can even switch partners. God knows, Liam (Scott Cifton) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) don’t know the meaning of the word commitment… and neither does Kyle (Michael Mealor). It could get fun!
