On The Young and the Restless, we were all supposed to be sobbing our eyes out in the belief that Victor is dead. While he was dead, the field was wide open for one of his sons to step up and demonstrate why they’re the rightful heirs to Victor’s OG crown.

Nick, of course, 84% of you didn’t hesitate before clicking. Nick is the one you’re rooting for because he’s the good brother. Sure, he has a tendency to cheat on the women in his life. And, every once in a while, he decides to beat Victor at his own game, so he ends up stealing his money… or putting on a JT (Thad Luckinbill) mask.
But it’s exactly that behavior that makes you confident he’s got what it takes to tough it out in a battle with his brother. Nick is a good guy… who knows how to be bad when he needs to. Nick will play fair — up to a point. But then he’ll play dirty. And still, keep you thinking he’s a good guy. That’s what it means to be tough.
