Brand-new General Hospital spoilers for September 26-30 promise a heart-pounding week as a killer is still at large–and intends to take another life.

Killer Instincts
Paul (Richard Burgi) begins unraveling at the seams and tells Tracy (Jane Elliott) he killed Sabrina (Teresa Castillo), but he says it in a way she just doesn’t understand. This allows Paul to walk his confession back and stick to his ultimate goal–killing Monica (Leslie Charleson). Paul seems to be seeking justice but for what? Tracy later overhears a conversation that leaves her shaken.

How Did This Happen???
Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) life goes from bad to worse, especially as she has a confrontation with Julian (William deVry). She also makes a promise to Sam and encounters a confused Anna.

For her part, Anna (Finola Hughes) can’t believe she left town thinking Julian would finally serve time only to find he’s a free man. She demands Paul tell her how that happened, but he essentially has no good answer.

Morgan, Michael, and Kiki
Kiki (Hayley Erin) lends a listening ear to Michael (Chad Duell) and then confesses her own mistakes from the past as Morgan (Bryan Craig) continues his erratic behavior. He makes a decision that can have long-lasting repercussions. He later finds himself in hot water.

Webber Sisters
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) thinks Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is trying to be a sister to her, but Hayden has other ideas and the pair butt heads. Meanwhile, Franco’s lack of a job hits him hard and he tries to get his hands on some cash.

Potential Daddy #2
Claudette (Bree Williamson) dropped a bombshell on Nathan (Ryan Paevey) last week, and next week she drops one on Griffin (Matt Cohen). Will she tell him he’s a proud papa, as well? It seems only fitting. Later, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) thinks she has a way to solve this dilemma.

Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) spend some romantic time together and Sonny even makes Jason a promise. Later, Sam makes her intentions clear. We wonder what they might be.
