Dancing With the Stars has had every kind of celebrity on their show, from actors to singers to athletes to everyone in between. While it makes sense for performers or actors to do well on the dance floor since it’s in their wheelhouse, they aren’t always the best.
In fact, some of the best dancers to compete on the show have actually been from reality shows! Though it often times takes them a few weeks to get the hang of it all, most end up improving the most over time. Here are the top five people from reality shows to compete on Dancing With the Stars!
Erika Jayne
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star didn’t make it as far into the competition as she probably could have, but there’s no denying she’s a natural dancer! She had the right technique and posture and almost made it to the end.
Rob Kardashian
Most fans were completely shocked to find out the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is actually a good dancer! Kardashian proved most people wrong and wound up getting second place with partner Cheryl Burke during Season 13.
Sadie Robertson
The former Duck Dynasty star was just 17 years old when she competed with Mark Ballas, but she worked hard and ended up placing in second!
Melissa Rycroft
The ex-Bachelor star competed on DWTS not once, but twice — both with partner Tony Dovolani. During her first season, she got third place, but she made a comeback for the All-Star season and ended up taking home the mirror-ball trophy!
Bristol Palin
There’s no doubt Palin is a controversial person, but she proved she’s a good dancer when she competed with Mark Ballas during Season 11. The pair got third place and the reality star worked hard to get there.
