Pete Davidson is finally addressing his relationship with actress Kate Beckinsale. The comedian opened up about his new girlfriend on Saturday Night Live and had a message for people who have a problem with their age gap.
The 25-year-old shared his thoughts during the Weekend Update portion of Saturday’s episode.
It all started with Colin Jost asked Davidson if there was anything he’d like to talk about, prompting him to bring up his new relationship.
“Not like a new girlfriend situation at all, Pete?” Jost asked.
“Oh yeah. Apparently, people have a crazy fascination with our age difference. But it doesn’t really bother us. But then again, I’m new to this.”
Davidson then revealed that if people have a problem with their age difference, which happens to be 20 years, they should have a problem with a number of celebrity relationships.
“So if you have questions about a relationship with a big age difference, just ask Leonardo DiCaprio, Jason Statham, Michael Douglas, Richard Gere, Jeff Goldblum, Scott Disick, Dane Cook, Derek Jeter, Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Tommy Lee, Alec Baldwin, Sean Penn, whoever the president of France is, Mel Gibson, Billy Joel, Mick Jagger, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Kelsey Grammer, Larry King, Larry King, Larry King, Rod Stewart and Donald Trump,” he said, referencing other celebrities who have big age differences in their relationships.
Davidson and Beckinsale first sparked romance rumors back in January after they were spotted at a Golden Globes after-party.
They were also caught making out at a New York Ranger’s hockey game earlier this month.
