Have you ever wished you could meet your favorite soap star? Well, it happened for one Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fan — when she was given the royal treatment on The Ellen DeGeneres Show over a decade ago.
It turned out Mary lost 90 pounds after reading Alison Sweeney’s book, All The Days of My Life (So Far). So, Ellen arranged for her to see her show and had Sweeney waiting in a limo fto bring Mary to the taping.
But the surprises didn’t stop there. After Mary was called up to Ellen’s couch to sit with Sweeney, they surprised her once again by bringing out the cast to meet her and speak with Ellen.
