Summertime can be hot in more ways than one on Days Of Our Lives. Is it time to play in the ‘Sander?’
Sarah (Linsay Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) have already slept together. She was doing it in order to stick it to the cheating Rex (Kyle Lowder), and he was doing it because…drunk woman…sex…you do you, Xander.
But, since that ill-advised hook-up, the two have actually connected on a more honest level. Xander seems to be developing real feelings for Sarah.
Now, Sarah, on the other hand, has her hands full juggling new husband Rex, and old crush, Eric (Greg Vaughn). But that’s why Xander is such a nice alternative. He isn’t either of them. He’s…None of the above. Are Sarah and Xander the couple we should be cheering for? What almost 5,000 fans had to say:

Rotten Idea
Are you mentally ill, 56% of you are practically screaming. Xander is a scuzzy sleaze who sleazes scuzzily. Just because he told Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) a sad story about his drunken Mommy and his sad childhood pining for Uncle Victor (John Aniston) to rescue them does not make him a nice person. He doesn’t even deserve fake like.

Then again,44% of the audience is open to the possibilities. It’s not like Sarah is some saint, either. Let’s be honest, she’s an emotional mess. Maybe Xander and Sarah can give each other what both obviously are currently lacking.
Sarah can make Xander more palatable, while Xander can help Sarah loosen up and figure out what she really wants, rather than what she thinks she should want. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
