She’s been a mainstay on Days of Our Lives since the 1980s, and today Melissa Reeves has something big to celebrate!
The popular actress was born on March 14, 1967 in Eatontown, New Jersey, which means she’s turning 52 years old! She married former DAYS co-star Scott Reeves (ex-Jake) on March 23, 1990, and the pair have two (now-grown) children — Emily and Larry.
The couple also starred a Half A Dozen Babies together, a TV flick about a couple with fertility problems who then found themselves pregnant with sextuplets.
While she’s been on DAYS since 1985, Salem wasn’t her first soap stop. A year earlier, she was part of the original cast of the now-defunct Santa Barbara where she played Jade Perkins.
She spent a few years out of Salem in the 90s, but today remains part of the core that holds the Horton family together, as Jennifer even inherited her grandparents’ house.
