It’s that time of year where school ends and children look forward to summer fun — and a new chapter in their lives in the fall. That’s just where soap star Linsey Godfrey and her little girl are right now — with two milestones in one week.
Godfrey’s beautiful daughter, Aleda, whose her father is The Young and the Restless star Robert Adamson (Noah), just finished pre-school and neither she nor her mother could be more proud.
The actress shared a snap to Instagram of Aleda proudly holding her diploma as she gets ready for kindergarten in a few months.

But, that’s not the little girl’s only milestone. This coming Wednesday, Aleda will turn five years old and mom Linsey threw her quite the celebration this past weekend. She also shared some adorable pics of Aleda getting ready to swim in the California sun.
Godfrey had her own soap milestone over the past year as she made the switch from playing Caroline on The Bold and the Beautiful to playing Sarah Horton on Days of Our Lives. She’s taken Salem by storm, as the LA crowd mourns Caroline’s sudden passing.
But, in real-life it’s happy days ahead for a brand-new five-year-old kindergartner and her mom.
