It may seem like Hope and her daughter Beth will never be reunited on The Bold And The Beautiful, but the show actually does have a track record for having mother and child reunions. So, it’ll probably happen in this case, too!
Over the decades, BB has played emotional story beats when mothers and their children are brought back together. Here’s a look back at some powerful moments on BB that should give Hope fans, er, well, “hope!”
Macy’s Special
Macy (Bobbie Eakes) was believed dead after a tanker exploded in 1999, but, in reality, she had escaped to Europe. When Sally (the late Darlene Conley) and the Forresters went to Italy, Thorne (Winsor Harmon) discovered that his ex was alive! Next, Macy reunited with her mom. She let Sally know she was alive by singing to her.
Taylor Made
Everyone thought that Taylor (Hunter Tylo) had died after succumbing to injuries she sustained from a bullet wound, but Prince Omar (Kabir Bedi) had kidnapped her — for a second time!
Years later, Taylor escaped and reunited with her loved ones including her children Thomas (then, Drew Tyler Bell; now, Matthew Atkinson) and twins Steffy (then, Alex Hoover; now, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Phoebe (Addison Hoover).

Moore To Love
After Amber (Adrienne Frantz) miscarried Rick’s (Justin Torkildsen; Jacob Young) baby, she convinced her poor cousin Becky (Marissa Tait) to let her raise her newborn son. Later, the truth came out and Becky was reunited with her little boy. Alas, it was short-lived — Becky died on her wedding day to C.J. (Mick Cain).
Eggs Over Hamilton
This one’s a little complicated. And given that this is a soap opera, that’s saying a lot! An unsuspecting Taylor, using an egg from Brooke, gave birth to a son, Jack Hamilton Marone. Unable to bond with her son (and vice/versa), Taylor made the painful decision to give her boy to Brooke to raise.
