The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Monday, November 20 features an end to the Zach saga – for everyone but Victor.
Deux Ex Crystal-Ah
Zach (Ryan Ashton) held Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Scott (Daniel Hall) at gun-point, when Crystal popped up behind him and thankfully puts the story… er, Zach… out of his misery. Zach was dead, and Scott and Abby reunited with their loved ones.
Scott was also treated to Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and Sharon (Sharon Case) sniping at each other, while Abby had Victor telling her she’s brought great dishonor to Newman Enterprises. Scott and Abby agreed to keep what happened while they were being held prisoner a secret. Sex. They’re talking about the sex.
Victor (Eric Braeden) yelled at Paul about Newman being implicated in the sex-trafficking, and told Neil (Kristoff St. John) to make the problem go away. Paul told Neil he has no intention of making it go away.
What Happens Now?
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) forced Jack (Peter Bergman) to face the fact that their mother has Alzheimer’s, and the two worry about what to do with her now. Ashley wants her in a safe place, but Jack resisted.
Ashley reminded him of what Dina (Marla Adams) did to Nikki, and what she might still be capable of. (And they don’t even know yet that Dina set fire to Nick’s bar and almost killed the teens.)
Fish Or Cut Bait
Mariah (Camryn) blew off Devon for Thanksgiving and confessed to Sharon that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) didn’t reciprocate Mariah’s feelings. Sharon advised her daughter not to lead Devon (Bryton James) on if she doesn’t love him.
