The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Tuesday, November 14 features Nikki and Ashley battling Victor and Victoria over Abby’s predicament.
Victor (Eric Braeden) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) weren’t particularly concerned about Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) disappearance with Zach (Ryan Ashton).
In fact, Victoria suggested Abby may have been in on the whole sex-ring thing with him and ran off as part of her hissy fit over Victoria being promoted. Victor was deeply concerned about his daughter…and how her disappearance might hurt Newman Enterprises.
It’s Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) who suggested Victor should really let Ashley (Eileen Davidson) — you know, the missing girl’s mother — know what’s going on, and she chastised Victoria for being so cold-hearted.
Victor and Jack (Peter Bergman) agreed to put up a 10 million dollar reward for Abby’s safe return. There. Will that convince you how very, very worried Victor is? But that’s when the Feds show up with a warrant to freeze all of Victor’s assets. And he’s back to thinking about himself.
Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) was defending Dina (Marla Adams) against charges of stabbing Nikki. But, will he soon have even more to litigate when he learns where Dina ran off to before she was found?
Scott (Daniel Hall) is also missing. He went chasing after Abby. And Lauren (Tracey Bregman) knew whom to blame–Sharon. She coerced Scott into helping her, and now he’s run off to play hero.
He must have done this solely to impress Sharon (Sharon Case). All those years he spent covering wars and terror in the Middle East and elsewhere? Eh, he was probably doing it to impress Sharon too. Even before he’d met her.
