The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Tuesday, December 5 features Paul making Tessa an offer she can’t refuse–and a whole lot more.
Turn-Coat
Paul (Doug Davidson) brought Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) down to the station to question her about how Nikki’s gun got into Crystal’s hands. Tessa pouted that Victor (Eric Braeden) tipped off Paul in order to get Tessa out of Noah’s (Robert Adamson) life.
Paul offered Tessa the chance to kill two birds with one stone. She can spy on Victor for him! Later, after being told by Hilary (Mishael Morgan) that his girlfriend is in the clink, Noah thanked Tessa for not throwing his Grandpa under a bus. Well, she technically hasn’t done that… yet.
Full Day
First, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) turned down Billy’s (Jason Thompson) request to use the Abbott jet in order to whisk Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) off for a romantic New York vacation. Ashley later changed her mind. But Billy still turned down her offer to come back to Jabot.
Then, Ashley turned down Ravi (Abhi Sinha) for a date. Ravi first turned down Victoria’s (Amelia Hinle) offer of a job at Newman Enterprises.

Then, Phyllis urged him to, basically, play hard to get, and he also changed his mind and accepted.
Once More… With Feeling
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Dina (Marla Adams) did their regular sniping bit, then sunk even lower to a contest about what’s worse, dementia or MS.
When Dina flounced off, Nikki filled Jack (Peter Bergman) in on her holiday visit to Victor. Jack sighed, he knows where this going. She’s planning her umpteenth return to The Mustache. Now there’s something Jack really wishes he could forget!
