The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Monday, October 30 features Jack bluffing his way to victory, even as Victoria and Billy plot how to bring him down. Plus, Scott made a rookie move he swore he would never make, and Mattie played Cane as only a daughter can.

Coming Home
Instead of coming up with yet another failed plan to extract Dina (Marla Adams) from Graham’s (Max Shippee) clutches, Jack (Peter Bergman) looked for professional help. Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) offered him tips on how to bluff Graham.

Jack told Graham that his power of medical attorney over Dina only extends to the state of Wisconsin, and he’s in violation of the law. Graham, who has been one step ahead of the Abbots for months now, bought this, and took off.

Jack and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) took Dina home. She’s happy to go, having forgotten her earlier rejection of them both.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Billy (Jason Thompson) learned that the FDA wants to test all Brash & Sassy products.

They blamed Jack for this too, and schemed how they’ll bring him down. Hopefully, he’ll be less gullible than Graham.

Zach Attack
Sharon (Sharon Case) wanted to confront Zach (Ryan Ashton) about using his dating app as cover for his prostitution ring. Scott (Daniel Hall) said no, they can’t let on they know. They have to watch Zach and get enough evidence to bring him in. They can’t risk tipping him off.

But then Abby (Melissa Ordway) was snotty to Scott, and he made a beeline for Zach to accuse him. Zach denied everything. Scott told Sharon he fears he’s made a mistake. You think?

Dad Guilt
Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) learned that Cane (Daniel Goddard) is living with Juliet (Laur Allen). Cane defended his motives, but Mattie used his guilt to convince him to let the kids host a Halloween party. Because Mattie isn’t stupid.
