The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Thursday, October 26 features a day full of surprises, as Scott desperately called for help — but got more than he bargained for.

Where Everybody Knows Your Name
Scott (Daniel Hall) finally got around to panicking at waking up next to a hooker with a knife in her belly — while Scott is drenched in her blood. As he made his getaway plans, he called Victor (Eric Braeden) and begged for help.

Victor helped — by calling Paul (Doug Davidson) to bust in on him. Paul arrested his ex-wife’s son and dragged Scott down to the station. Scott plead his innocence, so Paul followed up with Zack (Ryan Ashton), who suggested that Scott may have been in a hooker-killing mood when they had drinks together.

Meanwhile, Zack is moving his operation out of Genoa City. He called Abby (Melissa Ordway) to bid her goodbye… for good.

The Gal In the Poison Mask
Victor had more important things on his mind. He was busy blaming Billy (Jason Thompson) for Victoria (Amelia Heinle) being in the hospital.

As her family gathered around Vicky, her doctor broke the bad news: Victoria is the victim of poisoning — and it came from the new Brash & Sassy face mask. This…will not be good for sales. Which is all Victoria cares about.

God’s Waiting Room
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) rushed down to rescue Dina (Marla Adams) in Florida (contract player children only, Traci). They found her seemingly having the time of her life with a pair of new friends, played by Kate Linder’s (Esther) mom, Molly Wolbeck, and Tracey Bregman’s (Lauren) mother, Suzanne Lloyd.
