The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Wednesday, January 31 features Ravi looking for the Fenmore hacking culprit, Cane asking Lily out on a date, Mariah facing working with Tessa again, and Chelsea stashing her ill-gotten cash in a surprising place!
Firewall Under Fire
Hilary informed Lauren (Tracey Bregman) that she bought a knock-off Chelsea 2.0 dress from the Fenmore website. Ravi (Abhi Sinha) determined that they’ve been hacked and cloned. Later, Ravi told Ashley (Eileen Davidson) that he’ll miss seeing her every day at Jabot. She warned him not to let Jack (Peter Bergman) drag him into something unethical.
Together Again
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) tried to convince Hilary (Mishael Morgan) not to sell GC Buzz to Devon (Bryton James). But since when has Hilary cared about anything Mariah has to say? Hilary and Devon signed papers to solidify their new partnership.
Mariah seetheds at needing to work alongside Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) again and wasn’t interested in any extended olive branches. Noah (Robert Adamson) helpfully informed Mariah that she’s screwed.
Movie Night
Lily (Christel Khalil) once again agreed to watch Sam while Cane (Daniel Goddard) was at work. Cane told Lily he knows she lied about having business the other day, just so she could stay out of the house. Cane finally paid Sam’s nanny to do her job and took Lily out to the movies.

Ashes to Ashes
The police told Nick (Joshua Morrow) that the money he found in the air vent is legit, so he gave it to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Who promptly hid it in the same burial spot as Adam’s ashes. That’s… totally normal.
Maybe Chelsea knows something about the wads of cash that the Genoa City Police Department doesn’t. They’re usually so competent. What are the odds of that?
