The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Tuesday, October 24 features the opening of numerous eyes, as Billy realizes what Phyllis knew and how long she knew it, Jack sees Nikki’s true feelings about Dina, Scott sees the value of working at Newman Enterprises, and Lily sees Nick in a new light.

Lying About Lying Is Still a Lie
When Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) revealed that she knew Billy (Jason Thompson) was spying on Jabot via her, Billy managed to turn it around and make it seem like Phyllis not telling him about Jack’s (Peter Bergman) setup was the actual lie.

On the other hand, Phyllis also managed to blame Billy’s spying on Victoria (Amelia Heinle), claiming that she manipulated poor, little innocent Billy Boy.

Phyllis still tossed Billy out, along with the taunt that Jack is about to bring Brash & Sassy down!

Monster-In-Law
Jack was already feeling pretty low. He’s furious at not being able to find Dina (Marla Adams). He’s also furious at Nikki for suggesting that he should give up the ghost, and that Dina may have gone with Graham (Max Shippee) voluntarily. Besides, Nikki won’t miss her much.

Civilian Service
Police? What police? Who needs to protect and serve when Paul (Doug Davidson) can just ask Scott (Daniel Hall) and Sharon (Sharon Case) to use their Newman resources and do the work the police can’t — trying to track down the shell company that’s been running the hookers of Genoa City.

Willy Nilly
Lily (Christel Khalil) was so pissed off by Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) reaction to Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) seeing Reed (Tristan Lake Lebeau) that she was out to drown her sorrows in alcohol… and the guy serving it. Lily propositioned Nick (Joshua Morrow) while Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) was out of the room. Awk-waaard.
