Victor is known for playing his cards close to the vest on The Young and the Restless (YR).

And even when he does speak, he usually mumbles, so listeners only catch about a third of what he’s saying. Who knows if he’s being honest under the mustache?

But now that the truth has come out about Victor’s role in getting Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) sprung from the loony bin so she could help him frame Adam for Constance Bingham’s murder.

Oh! And thus also setting her free to blow Adam up in front of wife Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and son Conner, fans are wondering whether there are even more secrets Victor might be keeping.

Not Even Close
Taking Victor’s (Eric Braeden) past into consideration, 84% of the audience feels pretty confident that we’re nowhere close to the end of the story. After all, we only have Victor’s word that Chloe jumped out of his plane, hopped in a car, and took off into the night, leaving no forwarding address.

How do we know he’s telling the truth? How do we know he isn’t paying for Chloe to hole up in some apartment somewhere until the heat dies down? Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) thought she’d heard the worst. You think she ain’t heard nothing yet.

That’s All She Wrote
And then there are the 16% of fans who believe Old Vic. He wanted Chloe to help him punish Adam, but he didn’t want his son dead. If only because dead, Adam (Justin Hartley) doesn’t get the chance to tell Victor how right he always is.

If Victor knew anything more about Chloe, he’d help the police hunt her down. Because then he’d know where she was, and he wouldn’t live in fear of her popping out of the shadows again to threaten him.
