The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, November 3 are about family, as Jack remembers his loyalty even to prodigal Abbotts, while Victor continues to lord it over disloyal Newmans.

Under Fire
Jack (Peter Bergman) was beyond furious when he discovered his brother was having an affair with his wife.

He proceeded to punish Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) on a personal — no Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner for you! — as well as professional — Brash & Sassy, we will bury you! — level!

But that doesn’t mean Jack wants Billy burned to a crisp while rescuing Reed (Tristan Lake LeaBu), Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry), and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) — while taking the scenic escape route himself. With Phyllis bringing up the rear, Jack insists on being let in to look for his brother. So two Abbotts can be trapped?

How Low Can You Go?
On the other hand, Victor’s (Eric Braeden) version of familial support is to kick Nick (Joshua Morrow) while he’s down.

What do you think? Post a comment!

With The Underground still smoldering, and Nick and Noah’s (Robert Adamson) dreams of a chain across the Midwest going up in, well, smoke, Victor chooses that moment to remind Nick that he won’t get a penny of help from Daddy or Newman Enterprises.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have a $500 million trust fund right about now? This is exactly the kind of rainy day Sharon (Sharon Case) was predicting when she chastised Nick for giving away his — and their children’s — money.

But, oh, no, you don’t have that anymore! You gave it away to stupid unproductive drunks and orphans. Are those drunks and orphans going to help you out of this mess now, Nick?

No! Only Victor could have helped you! Victor is the only one who can fix these sorts of messes! But he won’t. Because Nick is ungrateful. And because he punched Victor that time, making Victor feel tragically less macho.
