Any resemblance between Victor and a despot who kills reporters who publish stories that make him look bad is purely coincidental.
Victor is a Free Speech champion! He told Hilary (Mishael Morgan) she is free to run any of the footage she shot, no matter how it makes him look. Victor is totally Mr. First Amendment.
