Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) was super gung-ho to find out who hacked Fenmore’s site. She cared more than Lauren (Tracey Bregman). Especially once Phyllis decided Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) had to be the one responsible.
Oh, was Chelsea currently living with Phyllis’s ex-husband, Nick (Joshua Morrow)? Phyllis is deliriously happy with Billy (Jason Thompson). This has nothing to do with that.
Lauren was willing to let the matter drop after Victor (Eric Braeden) returned her missing money to her. On the condition that she quit investigating.

She dug and dug until she’d gotten J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) to prove that the money Victor handed over to Lauren was the same stash Nick found in his wall. So now, Phyllis not only knows that Chelsea is the culprit, she knows that Victor knows — and is keeping mum.
Which is perhaps why her life is in danger? Is it Victor? Is it Chelsea?
