The whole ordeal brings one man back out of the woodwork. Kevin (Greg Rikaart) returns to town to deal with the fallout, but there’s no word on whose side he’s on.
Is he there to cover his tracks because he was the mastermind behind the website scam or is he part of the crew trying to get dirt against Chelsea?
